Is Lexora Prep a full bar prep course?

No. Lexora Prep is not a full commercial bar preparation course and should not be used as your only study resource. It is a focused Black Letter Law rule-training system designed to strengthen legal rule memory, active recall, and exam-ready legal writing.

Who is Lexora Prep designed for?

Lexora Prep is designed for law school students and bar exam candidates who want to strengthen Black Letter Law rule memory, improve legal recall, and perform better in law school exams, bar preparation, essays, and legal writing.

What is included in the Premium plan?

The Premium plan is $39.99 per month and includes everything in BLL Monthly, plus advanced analytics, custom rules, Golden Pack rules, and deeper review tools.

How does Lexora Prep decide what I should study next?

Lexora Prep uses your practice history, weak areas, missed rules, strengths, review timing, subject focus, and available study time to prepare targeted rule-training sessions. The goal is to help you practice the rules that matter most instead of reviewing randomly.

Does Lexora Prep guarantee bar exam success?

No. Lexora Prep does not guarantee that you will pass the bar exam, receive a particular score, improve your score, or be admitted to practice law.

Are the rules accurate?

Lexora Prep aims to provide accurate and useful educational summaries of Black Letter Law. Legal rules can vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Users should verify important rules with official sources, licensed bar preparation materials, or applicable primary law when necessary.

What happens if I find an error?

If you believe you found an error, contact support. If the report helps us improve the platform, Lexora Prep may, at its discretion, provide a discount, voucher, or account credit. Such credits are not guaranteed.

Can I share my account?

No. Each account is for one individual user only. Password sharing, shared access, resale, copying, or redistribution of materials is not allowed.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed through Paddle. Lexora Prep does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

How do refunds work?

A refund may be available within 14 calendar days of purchase if the user has accessed less than 20% of the paid materials available under the purchased plan. Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed according to the Refund Policy.

Lexora Prep is an educational technology platform designed to support Black Letter Law memorization and rule training. It is not a law firm, legal advisor, law school, licensed bar preparation company, or official bar examination authority.

2. Supplemental Study Tool

Lexora Prep is intended only as a supplemental study aid. It should not be used as your only source of preparation for any bar examination.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Lexora Prep does not guarantee that you will pass any bar exam, receive a particular score, improve your score, be admitted to practice law, or achieve any academic, professional, or licensing outcome.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own preparation, study decisions, use of the platform, and reliance on any educational content.

5. Account Use and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Each account is for one individual user only. You may not share your password, sell access, or allow another person to use your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Copying, scraping, downloading, reproducing, publishing, selling, or redistributing Lexora Prep content without permission.
• Sharing your account, password, paid access, screenshots, rule banks, flashcards, or premium materials with others.
• Using bots, crawlers, automation tools, or unauthorized scripts to access the platform.
• Attempting to bypass payment, access controls, subscription limits, or security features.
• Using the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All Lexora Prep materials are owned by Lexora Prep or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal study only.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Payments are processed through Paddle. Lexora Prep does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund unless the refund requirements in the Refund Policy are satisfied.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. A refund may be available within 14 calendar days of purchase if the user has accessed less than 20% of the paid materials available under the purchased plan. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when users may request a refund for Lexora Prep paid subscriptions or premium access.

1. Fourteen Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days are generally not eligible for a refund.

2. Usage Requirement

To qualify for a refund, your account must have accessed less than 20% of the paid materials available under the purchased plan. Lexora Prep may review account activity, rule access, flashcard access, premium content access, and other usage records to determine refund eligibility.

3. Non Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available if the request is submitted after the 14 calendar day refund window, if 20% or more of the paid materials have been accessed, if the account violated the Terms and Conditions, if the user shared account access, or if the user forgot to cancel before renewal.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless the refund request satisfies this Refund Policy.

5. Payment Processor

Payments and refunds are processed through Paddle. Refund timing may depend on Paddle, the user’s bank, card issuer, or payment method.
